Domaine
de La Cressonnière is a 40,000 square-feet greenhouse
complex in operation all year round.
It
has been established in 1989 by three partners - an engineer,
a restaurant owner and a consultant in business development
- in order to grow high quality fresh herbs.
The
outcome of many years of research and studies made in Canada
and Europe resulted in adapting Belgian hydroponic culture
technology to Canadian climatic conditions.
