Domaine de La Cressonnière is a 40,000 square-feet greenhouse complex in operation all year round.

It has been established in 1989 by three partners - an engineer, a restaurant owner and a consultant in business development - in order to grow high quality fresh herbs.

The outcome of many years of research and studies made in Canada and Europe resulted in adapting Belgian hydroponic culture technology to Canadian climatic conditions.

Hydroponics is the science of growing plants in a formula made of water and nutriments, which is flowing in gutters giving the roots all the nutriments they need to grow.

We deliver our herbs with their roots still set in their growing substrate, filled with nutriments, to ensure their conservation and freshness.
